About the Recipe
I've seen similar recipes, and this is my take on it. however last night this delight came about after forgetting to take a freezer meal out to thaw for dinner. I completely eyeballed it so measurements are approximate,

Ingredients
1 box spaghetti
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 can (15-ounce size) chicken broth
1 - 8 0z jar sun-dried tomatoes - if in oil drained very well
1/2 LB Italian Spicy Sausage (I use the one from Sams Club)
1/2 LB Reg pork sausage (can use all spicy if want)
1 tbsp onion granulated
1 tbsp garlic granulated or fresh
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup to 1 cup pesto (base on taste preference)
1/2 heavy whipping cream (use more too thin to desired consistency)
1/2 cup grated parmesan/asiago cheese
Preparation
Put spaghetti on to boil so done about the same time. add olive oil to the water to prevent sticking.
Brown sausage till mostly done - careful not to let get crispy
Drain Sausage well
Return sausage to pan and sprinkle the 1/4 cup flour over and stir well for 1-2 minutes
Add chicken broth and seasonings to sausage.
Drain the sun-dried tomatoes very well especially if packed in oil. Chop and add to sausage mix
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add heavy cream till a nice consistency.
Freezes well.
